The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

Humana is seeking a Senior Technology Leader who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that help improve people's lives. In this role you will be leading Technology projects related to Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) systems that support solutions using the latest software stacks and cloud technologies. These solutions will provide to business and external users easy access to Pharmacy Data & related services for reporting, analytics and make important recommendations/decisions to the program participants. You will collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile teams to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.

The Senior Technology Leader will own and drive deliverables of the projects, will support the solution engineering and delivery teams with focus on developing strong relationships within and across cross-functional delivery teams, organize and direct the implementation of solutions thriving for delivering with highest quality, ahead of schedule and under the budget, regardless of the project constraints. You should be a team player with the ability for creative design and a passion to learning new ideas outside of scope or knowledge skillset.

In this role, you will be driving projects related to latest applications of Data delivery, Data services with Interoperability mindset. You'll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers using latest Technologies. If you are passionate to work on fast paced technologies like Kafka, Snaplogic, GCP, AZURE with data streaming, Data driven rules engine etc. to make difference in Customer Experience , we need to talk to you.'

Required Qualifications

Masters or Bachelor's degree

5 or more years of technical experience specially in .Net C#

Experience in Oracle, Kafka, Snaplogic with Cloud, SQL, Event Streaming Technologies

Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure

Exposure to Interoperability & Large data share concepts

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Demonstrated ability running large scale projects

Experience in project management

SAFe Agile Certified

Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight

Additional Information

Will report to the Technology Manager, Pharmacy Benefits Management
