The Cincinnati, Ohio office is currently recruiting for a C# Developer.

General Summary:
You will work with a mid-size team to analyze, design, build, test and maintain a Commercial Lines policy administration system.

Requirements
• Development and maintenance of the policy administration system, including front-end client, business tier and database

• Development and maintenance of interfaces with internal and external third party systems

• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and determine functional design of the system

• C#, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Winforms, and SQL Server 2008

• Web and CSS development

• Experience in object-oriented development

• Relational database experience, preferably SQL 2008, including writing stored procedures, queries and creating tables

• XML and XSLT

• Experience on large user base applications that include the ability to stress test and improve performance

• Effective listening and verbal communication skills

• Ability to analyze, comprehend and implement business rules

• Ability to independently research and troubleshoot problems

• Ability to interact with business users and offer professional support via email and phone

• Good business and technical writing skills

• Strong ability to work on multiple aspects of a complete system, including GUI, rules, backend interfacing, and workflow development
