Computers play a very vital role in our lives. They are put to use for all sorts of applications. There are many programming languages which are used by the computer such as C, C++, C#, Java and many more which are used by IT professionals. C++ is a programming language used for general purposes and was developed at AT&T Bell Laboratories in early 1980s by Bjarne Stroustrup. The term C++ (C Plus Plus) was coined by Rick Mascitti. The ++ is an increment operator in the C Language. It is a middle level language as it has features of both high level and low level languages.

C++ has become very popular and successful. The main reason behind this is its support for object oriented technology. This technology is considered as the ultimate means of organizing the principle of the program for the modeling of information, whether it is data or logic. The smallest individual unit of a program known as tokens is also provided by this language, they are keywords, identifiers, operators etc. The two data types that C++ provides are fundamental and derived data types, which are obtained in most of the other languages as well.

The most important features of C++ are the classes and the objects. A class is a way of binding the data and its associated functions together. In the IT field a need was there to make software which was analogous to real world objects and to solve this problem classes came up. Object is an entity with some characteristics and behavior. This all helps you to represent the real world objects.

Java is an Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language which is used by many software companies and C++ is the only one that helps you learn the OOP concept faster and thus excel in programming. It is a multi-paradigm language; thereby it helps the developer to use the right programming style for their task. To get a job in any IT field the companies deploy a C++ test.

You can become a PHP programmer by having an experience and knowledge in C++. PHP is mostly used on servers to take inputs of PHP and output web pages in HTML format. Try and focus on PHP coders, who know the risks and can correct the error in your code. If you want a flash system to run on your site, you can ask these coders to do the work for you.

A PHP programmer earns a good amount for the work they do. They nearly earn around a minimum of $15 per hour. If you have the capability and proper grasp on the languages, you can even think of earning much more.

C++ is a foundation of the programming languages today, so you should grasp it well if you want to enter the programming world. This will help you to build up your career well and it will be easy for you to get a job in the software companies. Due to economic slowdown job vacancies in the IT field are low, but as the economy improves one can hope for the best.
